INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 very thick, center cut, pork chops
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 1 cup dry white wine
TO PREPARE:

Heavily dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.  Brown chops on both sides in cooking oil; drain.  Arrange in baking dish.  Heat apple jelly; add wine.  Pour over chops, cover, and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

SERVES: 4
