Cooperation MiniQuiz | Discuss Cooperation

Cooperation has two definitions. In one sense, it means complying withrules and agreeing that those rules should be followed. (If a personcomplies without supporting the rules, he or she is merely beingobedient.).

Select a different value:

 COURAGE
 EMPATHY
 FAIRNESS
 GENEROSITY
 HONESTY
 PATIENCE
 RESPECT
 RESPONSIBILITY
 TOLERANCE

Alternatively, cooperation can mean working with others inharmony and synchrony, and finding solutions to any interpersonalconflicts that may arise.

Many researchers believe empathy isone of the building blocks of all moral behavior, since by empathizingwith others, we are more likely to want to relieve their pain andincrease their happiness. The Golden Rule ("Do unto others as you wouldhave them do unto you"), one of the guiding moral precepts ofcivilization, is the active equivalent of empathy. A version of theGolden Rule is found in most religious traditions.
