The topic of our military and veterans has been a major theme during any given election season. It usually is a hot button topic on how to take care of them better, and our failure to make sure they are provided for. Whatever narrative is being used during a political campaign, we would not have the freedoms (like voting) if it was not for the brave people who protected our liberties daily. For many, these rights seem to be increasingly stripped away. No matter what is going on in America, we can’t ignore the soldiers who sacrificed for us.
