What You Can Expect To Experience
“Normal” grief can make one feel one, two or several different emotions. Some of the most common symptoms of grief include: fear, anger, rage, weeping, guilt, loneliness, blaming, running away/numbing and loss of faith.
Everyone processes grief and loss differently. Only you and God know for sure what you’re experiencing and how you’re dealing with it. If your symptoms persist at a significant level for a long time (many months or years) it could mean something has “hung up” the process. But for now, it’s okay! What you feel is normal and you need to embrace and work through these feelings, not try to fend them off!
