A wonderful marriage
God First. The strongest marriages, it turns out, don’t involve two people who look to each other for happiness and who prioritize their marriage above all. Instead, in the research, those who said they put God at the center of their marriage were far more likely to be at the highest level of happiness. They weren’t looking to a spouse (or to marriage) for something that only God can deliver. So if you are dissatisfied, and talking to your spouse isn’t getting anywhere, talk to God. Look to Him for fulfillment, first. Removing that pressure from your spouse may be just what your marriage needs to thrive.
