Give Yourself A Day to Mourn
No one is superman. Everyone needs time to adjust and express their emotions. So give yourself one day to mourn and be sad. Obviously there are going to be times, depending on your situation, where you feel sad and challenged with emotions. However, if you don't give yourself at least one day to recover then you'll either be bottled up with emotions or string on your emotions and negativity for several days, weeks or even months.
