Is There a Different Way?
Now, you may be thinking this is easier said than done, but it really isn’t that hard. First, by simply becoming aware of your thoughts you immediately have the ability to consciously change them. That is the first step in shifting how you feel. Whenever you aren’t feeling good, simply become consciously aware of your thinking. What are your thoughts at that moment? Then, analyze them. Ask yourself, Is there a different way I can be thinking of this situation?
