Your Thoughts Control Your Perception
What’s causing your suffering and pain is not the circumstances you are in, but your thoughts about the circumstances you are in. Your thinking is what is causing your pain. This statement is true in all situations.
Your perception and interpretation of the situation is creating your current reality. If the perception you chose and interpretation you created is not making you feel good, then change it. That’s right, change it. Shift your thoughts about it. Change your interpretation and perception of what “is” to a more positive one and you’ll be amazed at what happens.
