Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude
Are there things in your life you wish were different or better, things you’d like to change or fix? Of course there are. As long as you are alive, you will find yourself with wants, needs, hopes and judgments. So be it. The key to happiness, however, is to not wait for all of the items on your wish-list—or even a single one, for that matter—to be resolved before you make an even more fundamental choice. Choose to feel gratitude for everything that is already working for you and you can feel happiness now, regardless of the circumstances with which you are faced.
