Forgiveness and Releasing – Healing
The first step in true healing is forgiveness and it begins with you. This is really something you do for yourself and is an individual experience. Forgiveness means you no longer want to carry this burden in your heart and it is time to transform your feelings to something better, just for you. It is not about the deed, it is about transforming and letting go of the emotions and thoughts attached to it that keep you living and reliving that experience.
Releasing old and outdated viewpoints, understandings and emotions is an important part of the process. Loving yourself and the process of your unfolding is realizing that there is so much more that a single limited viewpoint, more than a single right path and so much more available for you and to you. You are an evolving being and your healing changes how you experience and see your world.
