Exercise in the Morning
Physical exercise in the morning, whether its going for a jog, hitting the weights, swimming, dancing, or playing pickup basketball, is an excellent way to wake up your body.
When you exercise in the morning, you’ll start your day feeling accomplished and energized. This will wake up your recently sleeping muscles, get your blood circulating, give you a boost of energy and ambition, and start a momentum of productivity that will continue throughout your day.
But there are also psychological benefits to morning exercise. Exercising in the mornings on a consistent basis will lead to more sustained energy and an overall feeling of wellness. Your body will vibrate with life for hours into the day.
And when you feel great about your body, you naturally feel more competent, more alive – and more confident.
Even if you’re not currently at your ideal weight or muscle mass, the fact that you’re taking action on it every day, working towards a fitness goal, will leave you feeling that you are in motion toward your goals. And that you are taking action on your own behalf.
It’s a self-perpetuating positivity cycle.
