Write Out a Plan
Do you have a goal or aspect of your life that you want to change? Write down the goal or improvement, now write out all of the big goals that you will need to accomplish to achieve it and then fill in the blanks by writing down the smaller goals/tasks that you will have to complete.
Writing it down on paper is like making a check list. You will feel a sense of satisfaction each time you are able to check off a task that you accomplished. Seeing the plan on paper will help you stay focused and the visual will help you not forget important to-dos.
