Ingredients and Preparation
|Romaine lettuce, chopped||3 cups|
|Large tomato, seeded and diced||1|
|English cucumber, diced||½|
|Pitted black olives, coarsely chopped||¼ cup|
|Firm feta cheese, diced||4 ounces|
|Greek salad dressing||¼ cup|
- Arrange the lettuce on or two plates. Divide and arrange the tomato, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and croutons in piles on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
