Tomato juice, low sodium 1 can (46ounces)
Tomato sauce, low sodium 1 jar (8 ounces)
Water ½ cup
Vegetable bouillon granule 1 tablespoon
Onion, thinly sliced ½ 
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Bay leaf 1
Whole cloves ½ teaspoon

  1. Combine all ingredients in greased slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 5-8 hours.
  3. Remove bay leaf and cloves before serving.

Water Before Meals May Promote Weight Loss

A randomized trial found that drinking water before main meals led to higher weight loss than those who were asked to imagine a full stomach before main meals. Water preloading is believed to help create a feeling of fullness or satiety during the meal, which may help curb overeating.
