Where Are You, Lord?
“So, have science and reason killed God? Let’s consider: if a tree falls in the woods, and no one is around, does it make a sound? If we define sound as something sensed, then the answer is no. But what if we rephrase the question? If a tree falls, and no one is around, is a noise emitted? Now we have an entirely different answer. If we can’t see the vast majority of the visual spectrum, does that mean it is not there? Of course not, perception is independent of existence. The inability to make sense of God does not mean He does not exist.”
