I love all fruits, really there isn’t one I dislike even a tiny bit. My favorite fruit has always been the blueberry, in any form. This includes, blueberry ice cream (delicious), blueberry juice, blueberry pancakes, blueberry gum, blueberry popsicle, and of course the plain blueberry. If it’s blueberry and gluten free , I’ve probably tried it.

I’ve loved blueberries long before I knew they were a “super food.” Fresh blueberries taste wonderful, freeze easily and are a top source for antioxidants.
