I want to talk today about morning rituals, and the power starting the day off with peace and positivity can have on your life.
Morning Rituals often change as we age, and even with the season.
Why have a morning ritual? Starting your day in a calm and pleasant way gives you a sense of stability and something to look forward to. It’s also a nice time to take a few moments to yourself and be thankful for what you have.
Here is my current morning ritual:
Wake up and let pets out/Feed Pets
Stretch/Yoga/Prayer/Quote reading/Deep Breathing
Water/Hot beverage (usually tea)
3 Minutes of “For Fun” Reading if I plan correctly
