It is time to post my first yoga DVD review. I think you will enjoy this one.
I’ve been practicing with this DVD on and off for about 4 years. I picked up AM/PM Yoga at a Border’s book store, an impulse purchase. It sat on my shelf for a long time before I actually used it, but I am glad I started.
Length: Two 20 minute workouts, one for the morning and one for the evening.
My review: The PM Yoga portion has always been my favorite, it also feels slightly more advanced. The AM yoga program is excellent for those mornings when you have a hard time waking up or feel stiff. This is actually my favorite DVD in my home workout library, I always come back to it and highly recommend it for those new to yoga, injured, or who just need more relaxation in their life.
