I thought of making a cute acronym for the information I will provide such as Recipes, Routines, and Reviews, but decided that was much too limiting.
The content of this blog will be, Whole Living with a special emphasis on Mind, Body, and Soul. I’ll be featuring inspirational quotes ( one of my favorite things! ), gluten-free recipes, words for motivation, book reviews, natural care, and information on certain Eastern Medicine practices among other things.
