Watchwoman: Pastor Ernie Sanders of Doers of the Word < WRWL.org > asked the congregation this Resurrection Sunday as he began his sermon, “Where would you choose to be if you could experience one moment in all of history?”  The following pictures are the one singular moment in time that he said he would choose to be — and — if I could, given the opportunity, this is the moment I’d most want to witness!  They need no explanation.  What would be your choice? ▬ Donna Calvin

The Tomb of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem as it appears today. EMPTY!
This is where I'd go to be if I could to witness the greatest event of all time that happened about 2000 years ago!
I'd choose to see Jesus Christ emerge from the Tomb!
Jesus Christ didn't just raise from the dead - HE raised HIMSELF from the dead!
Without the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, there would be no reason for faith, no redemption, no forgiveness of sin, no life everlasting, there would be NOTHING, no hope, no heaven! The Resurrection is the greatest moment in all of history! Over 500 people witnessed the Risen Christ and there is indisputable written history. The Resurrection of Jesus is a documented historical fact. In 2000 years of debate, no one has ever been able to disprove it! HE IS RISEN!!!!!!!! HE IS RISEN INDEED! HALLELUJAH!!!

Hallelujah chorus from Handel’s Messiah

NOTE: The YouTube Video is performed by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and I chose it, not because of who is performing it, but because it had the lyrics displayed with lovely pictures. It was the only one I saw with these two features I found after searching YouTube for a good while. Mormons, unfortunately, do not believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ that born-again Christian believers ascribe to.  True Christian believers believe according to the Scriptures that Jesus Christ is the Creator of the Universe. True Christians believe that Jesus Christ was always, and is not a created being like Satan, the angels, human beings beginning with Adam and Eve, as well as the animals in the Garden of Eden that Adam named.  True Christians believe that Jesus Christ is God and the Second Person of the Holy Trinity and Equal to God the Father in all ways, characteristics, attributes and power.  ▬ DC
