Terror in the Womb:  The Forgotten Victims of 911

Columbus, OH – September 9, 2011 – On Sunday, September 11, 2011, our nation will rightly remember the victims of the terror attacks of ten years ago in New York City, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.

Not to minimize the horror of that event, more Americans were killed by abortionists on September 11, 2001 (about 3,200) than were killed by Islamic terrorists (about 3,000).  Three out of 50 employees in the World Trade Center perished, while one out of three preborn babies in their mother’s womb died by abortion.

On September 11, 2001, it would have been five times safer to be a worker in the Twin Towers than it was to be a baby in her mother’s womb.

Question – Why do so many Americans support the “War on Terror,” but ignore the plight of the preborn?

Answer – The victims of abortion are invisible.

The good news is that Created Equal and others who use the photographic evidence of abortion are making the preborn victims of terror visible.  We are transferring our college and high school outreachand our video production to a new movement of leaders.

Mark Harrington spoke on this “Great Transfer” during Operation Save America’s national event in July.

The Great Transfer

Watch the video clip here.

3,000 Americans died on September 11, 2001 at the hands of foreign terrorists to which our nation rightly mourns.  Unfortunately, few Americans realize that on the very next day (and every day since), September 12, 2001, another 3,000 Americans died at the hands of abortionists, and few if any noticed.

Sadly, right now, for these victims of terror there is no day of remembrance.

Mark Harrington is the Executive Director of Created Equal.
