Prayer Request for Marines

posted by Donna Calvin

Prayer Request

We are asking everyone to say a prayer for “Darkhorse” 3rd Battalion 5th Marines and their families. They are fighting it out in Afghanistan & they have lost 12 marines in 4 days.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE the message spread if more could pass it on..

Father, God in heaven, please protect our troops, bring them home victorious and safe ASAP. Comfort the bereaved families. In Jesus Name, let us always pray. Amen.

God Bless America and God Bless the United States Marine Corps…

Semper  Fidelis, Often Tested, Always Faithful, Brothers Forever.

Justin Allen, 23,       Brett Linley, 29,       Matthew Weikert, 29,       Justus Bartett, 27,       Dave Santos, 21,       Chase Stanley, 21,       Jesse Reed, 26,       Matthew Johnson, 21,       Zachary Fisher, 24,       Brandon King, 23,       Christopher Goeke, 23,       Sheldon Tate, 27,

All the above are Marines that gave their lives for YOU this week!     Honor THEM by forwarding this.  I just did.

Father in Heaven,

I’m sorry that these men had to die for such a foolish and futile cause. Send your Holy Spirit to cause the military, corporate and political leaders who send our people all over the world in these questionable, unconstitutional wars to search their hearts about what they are inflicting on our military personnel, our nation and the civilian populations of the nations we attack. If they will not come to their senses and repent, then please take action to remove them from their positions of power and replace them with leaders who will adopt a more constitutional and Biblical policy on the use of war and violence to achieve our national security.

In Jesus’ name I pray – Amen!
