Oh, but before I go  – today at a bookstore, I saw that Puffin has a new series of reprints of classic “youth” literature with really nifty covers, illustrations, and – in a very smart move – forwards by popular contemporary authors – Brian Jacques on The Wind on the WIllows,  Eoin Colfer on Treasure Island, Diana Wynne Jones on Journey to the Center of the Earth and so on.  Brilliant.
