A bit more –
At Mass, we sat in front of a mom and a fairly young baby. At one point, Michael the Toddler whispered something to me. I didn’t quite catch it. He repeated it: “Dat baby has sweet toes.”
Ah, see they do listen. To the most unexpected things.
That mom with the baby with sweet toes was Ouiz, homeschooling mom of 7 from South Carolina. With a blog!
Speaking of baby toes, here’s another blogger who was there – Katie Wicker , who writes the Momopoly column at Catholic Mom. (Visit her blog to see the connection)

Chelsea Zimmerman of “Reflections of a Paralytic” was there – she runs a couple of other blogs, too – check them out.
The Catholic Traveler – Mountain Buterac was there, too. His blog is here and the website for his pilgrimage company is here. His sweet little daughter was a great playmate for Michael – racing up and down the hall, endlessly – on pilgrimage perhaps?
Brian Barcaro of the Catholic social networking site 4 Marks
Paul Snatchko who blogs and also is manager of marketing and communications for Magnificat.
Jeff Schwehm, president of the Fellowship of Catholic ex-Jehovah’s Witnesses. They have a conference coming up in early August.
The frighteningly young and talented Rebecca of Catholic in Film School.
Back to Chris Cash and the Catholic Company – they’re running a First Communion Photo Contest. Details are here! The Catholic Company also has a Reviewer Program for bloggers and other Internet content providers. Details here.
Finally, not directly related, but definitely related, you really need to go take a look at this – a very excellent new video series “The Faithful Traveler” from Diana and David von Glahn. From their site:

The Faithful Traveler™ is a fun, new travel show with a Catholic focus.
Join Diana von Glahn, the show’s host, on her quest to discover amazing churches, shrines, and places of pilgrimage throughout the United States and beyond!
At each location, she’ll uncover and discuss the art, architecture, historical fact, Scripture, and Church teaching behind the location in a fun and lively manner that’s sure to appeal to all ages!
Explore our site to learn more about the show, watch clips from our video series, read what people are saying about the show, and check out the resources behind what is discussed on each show.

I think there are a couple of business cards I’ve lost – one, in particular I remember was from a fellow from the area who restores religious statuary…if you’re out there and reading..post a link!
Update: Thanks to Rachel and Fr. Seraphim – HolyFIx!
Speaking of Fr. Seraphim…I’m glad he chimed in, for I had neglected to mention him on this go around – Fr. Seraphim Beshoner, TOR, whose history-oriented podcasts at Catholic:Under the Hood  are going to become a must-listen for me.
