L’Osservatore Romano reports that the statutes of the Neo-Catechumenal Way have been approved.
This seems to apply to the governing structures of the group, and does not seem to specifically apply to their liturgical practices – the use of leavened bread, lay homilies and so on.  As far as I know, the group is still under a deadline to bring their liturgies in conformity with the rubrics.

The Wikipedia article has a fairly exhaustive account of Neo-Cat related controversies (remember the Japanese bishops succeeded in having one of their seminaries shut down a couple of months ago – which shows that the approval of the statutes does indicate an uncritical stance, by any means.).
