Yeah. I’ve got loads of work to do this month.  beyond the Motu Proprio and Benedict’s book on Jesus, I’m not going to have much to say. Or I won’t let myself take the time to say it.  There’s a lot going on, and many thanks for the links you all are sending, but this is truly crunch time on two different fronts, with another one hinting that it might be threatening. In a very good way. Check out all of the other great Catholic blogs…well not all of them, but there’s no dearth of Catholic news-mongerers and thoughtful analysts, as you well know.

One thing I forgot to mention before: The Korrectiv blog is doing a study/discussion of Lost in the Cosmos by Walker Percy this month. Should be enlightening and entertaining.

Oh, and I just drove by a Franciscan walking around the park. For some of you, not an unusual sight. But for here…not normal, considering that to my knowledge we have no male Franciscans around here. Maybe I’m wrong? I hope so. One of the things the Catholic community in this city could use in an infusion of religious orders.
