First, from Aid to the Church in Need, their project of the month:

The mission station of Phuc Chau is situated in the archdiocese of Hanoi, in Proj_april_as2_vietnam communist ruled Vietnam. It serves around 400 Catholics, who are extremely committed but live in great poverty. As a result of the Vietnam War and also through climatic extremes, the old village church finally became unusable and in 2004 the parish began work on building a new church — supported by their own archdioceses and by foreign aid agencies. By now the construction of the church is essentially complete, but the roof, floor and walls still need to be completed. The parish priest, Father Francis Kieu Ngoc Vien has now turned to ACN for help, with the support of his Bishop, Archbishop Joseph Ngo Quang Kiet. We have now promised him €16,000. Please help us to help him!

And then Jen Ambrose, from China, a report and lots of interesting photos from the ground blessing for a new church in Shenzhen.
