I can blog this because, well…

At Wal-Mart today, getting some boots for Joseph. Who can, surprisingly, no longer wear the hand-me down Mickey Mouse boots he’s had since he was two. A family of mother, father and two older boys strolled around, looking at some boots one the boys apparently wanted. Father had an orange cap with a "T" on it. One of the jackets piled up in the cart was Vol Orange. Their accents were fabulous and sounded like home.

So they’ve convinced the son that the boots aren’t worth it, "Oh, son, those are cheap, they won’t keep your feet dry."

No protest from the son, and parents then gear up to finish the shopping trip. Father says, "Okay, honey, I’m goin’ up yonder to get some tint for that front windshield."

Mother says, "Awright, I’ll just go over here and get some Shake n’ Bake and Mountain Dew.."

Where was I, anyway?
