Microphone2020antique201 Several points of business to take care of, here.

First, you can listen to an interview I did with KVSS’ Bruce and Kris McGregor on Mary Magdalene here. KVSS is a great Catholic radio station out of Omaha.

They also have downloads of a series Michael did for them on The Power of the Cross, and will, I presume, soon have downloads of the series he’s doing for them during Easter season, on How to Get the Most out of the Eucharist.

Tomorrow, I’m heading down to Atlanta for a quick trip to the National Catholic Education Association. My first time there (at NCEA) since the very bizarre Atlantic City moment (it just was a weird setting for the NCEA – there amidst the casinos. I didn’t get it.). If any of you have friends or relations attending tell them that I suppose I will be hanging out at the OSV booth in the late afternoon (my flight gets in at 3, God willing, and I’ll just take Marta up to Peachtree Center, check into the hotel and head over to the floor), and then speaking from 8:00-8:40 in what I think is called a "Publisher’s Showcase" in which, I’m thinking, publishers, er…showcase authors. I guess it’s open to all. Then I’ll be coming back here first thing Wednesday morning.

BTW, the NCEA was originally scheduled to be in New Orleans this year…

NEXT MONDAY, I want all SoCal types to come see me At St. John Fisher in Rancho Palos Verdes. It’s a ticketed event, but a portion of the proceeds go to a very good cause – the Queen of Peace Shelter in Compton which I believe they told me is run by the Missionaries of Charity. So, if you’re interested, contact Office of Evangelization: Phone 310-377-4573, Fax 310-377-6303 or E-mail: here. I should also have most of my titles for sale and signing (if I can get off this thing right now and call Loyola, that is) so come say hey and pick up a 1st Communion or Mother’s Day gift or two.
