The Jesuit news continues…their confab is scheduled for 2008. But before that, they will be meeting with Benedict on April 22 of this year, and, according to the Catholic News Agency, electing a new Superior General at that time – if I’m reading that linked article correctly – not in 2008, as had been previous assumed. (Correct me if I’m misreading)

Update: The article has been edited to clarify. The first version did say "April" as the election date, which I thought was incorrect.
