There’s no real, extreme dearth of qyuality contemporary fiction that involves Catholic themes, settings and sensibilities. It’s there. When I emerge from this book, I’ll prepare a post with some examples. But the question at Jim’s blog is about Catholic publishers and adult fiction. In the past, Catholic publishers did publish fiction, but really no longer, with the exception of Ignatius and the O’Brien books. Jim explains the problems and asks for your input.
