Under-promise, over-perform, that’s what I always say.
If any of you have experience beginning and organizing a schola, drop me a line at my ‘blog.
What I bring to the table is a love for the music, a so-so voice, and a willingness to throw lots of energy at this endeavor. So I have much, much to learn.

If this post is making you green with envy and you live in north central Florida – Alachua, Marion, etc. counties, I’m looking for potential singers in that area. No experience required – just willingness and the ability to hold pitch. :) Drop me a line if you’re interested.

Gee, maybe we should get the Oakland/NorCal bloggers together to sing, or groan, or whatever.
Zhou, Nancy, Peter Nixon, MayanGirl, Jack Smith, Lynn G-S, Jimmy Mac, Erik K., Augustinianus, Unapologetic, SiliconValleySteve, Lee.
Imagine if we all got together and chanted in unison during an interfaith prayer service at the new Oakland Cathedral! :-)

At first I was hoping that it was going to be a Byzantine cavalry unit. Rats!
