What
is fear? How has fear affected your life? Have you attracted negative energy
into your life because of your fears? Are your fears holding you back? Fear is
an extremely important element in your individual success. Our fears mold the outcome
of our lives, and can place a speed bump on the path that the universe has
planned for you.

 The
universe has great things in store for every one of us and it is unfortunate
that we often get in our own way towards success. One of the items on the list
of things that can hinder living your life on purpose is fear. Fear is a
trickster, it tricks us into believing that we can’t, that we shouldn’t, that
we won’t and fear convinces us that we are “safe” and “comfortable” when indeed
we are not fulfilling our true destiny. Have you ever thought that you were
comfortable in a certain situation such as work or a relationship and then
realized that your fear was making your situation stagnant? Are you willing to
take a huge leap of faith and step out of your fear induced comfort zone? The Law of Sobriety gives one the tools
that can help you face your fears and have forward momentum towards your
destiny.

 When
we acknowledge our fears we decrease the power those fears have over us. A
great way to deal with your fears is to speak to them, to say words out loud to
those fears. Greet your fears and let them know that you are aware that they
served a purpose and a function, but they are no longer needed or wanted. Let your
fears know that they are detrimental to your emotional, physical and mental
well-being. By calling out our fears we loosen their hold on our body and mind.
This is an example of one of the exercises that is found within The Law of
Sobriety.

 This
exercise may seem simple and a tad ridiculous, but it will work. Words have
power and with that power comes responsibility. When we speak words of
empowerment and ask the universe for advice we are putting that energy into the
universe. This energy will come back to you many times over. Speaking to your
fears is a baby step in taking the power away from your fear and giving power
to the positive. It is through this exchange of energy that true fulfillment
and a sense of purpose becomes evident. Try this exercise the next time that
fear creeps into your mind and begins to alter your natural thought process.
Once your natural thought process is given precedent, miracles will occur in
your life.
