Whew, that is too much vocal talent for one picture to handle! Committed, last years winners on NBC’s hit show The Sing Off, have been busy celebrating the release of their upcoming album and new single “Break Free.” After you hear it, you will probably celebrate as well!
The song combines the groups’ signature uplifting and complex a capella sound with a slick, modern R&B feel. It is so smooth that I imagine you wouldn’t even notice the lack of instruments if the song came on your radio. Past winner Nota has struggled finding success outside of the niche a capella genre, but with this single hopefully Committed can make it happen! The album is slated for an August release, and the group will be touring all summer!
