May he Rest in Peace in the presence of his Lord and Savior. My deepest sympathy to his wife, children, parents and all family members and friends who loved Leon. I pray the Rosary daily for all our troops, especially those serving in harm’s way; and in a special way for the holy souls of those who have given their lives in defense of our freedom.

Rest in peace SSgt. Lucas, may God bless and keep your family in this sad and most difficult time. You and your loved ones are in my prayers. “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me” Psalm 23:4 Remember, none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.” Romans 14:7-8 Peace and Love
