In his interview with Oprah Winfrey Obama gave himself a B+ for job performance:

President Obama told Oprah Winfrey on Sunday night he gives himself a “good, solid B-plus” for his first 11 months in the Oval Office.
[…]
He also said America has “reset” its prestige in the world and made progress toward halting development of nuclear weapons in Iran and North Korea.
Passage of health care reform would boost his grade to an A-, he said. Until Americans get back to work, he said, “I can’t give myself the grade I’d like.”

Someone should tell Obama that Iran has been lying about their nuclear program.
And no president should say he is doing a good job when unemployment is at 10% and he hasn’t done everything he can to lower it (lowering taxes and not threatening to raise the cost of doing business by imposing mandates and new taxes).
BTW, you can rate Obama’s job performance in this poll. I gave him an F just like 53% of those taking the poll. Only 9% agreed that he deserved a B+.
Update: Jim Geraghty has some more reasons why Obama’s grade should be much lower.
Another update: I’m watching the View (yeah, I do that when I’m not feeling well — I spent many hours watching daytime TV during chemo, it seems to be the thing to do when you have cancer) and so far Whoopi gave him a C+ (because he hasn’t fulfilled his campaign promise to gays), Elisabeth Hasselbeck thought he should get a D for delusional (which earned her a lecture from Walters) and both Barbara Walters and Charlie Gibson thought he shouldn’t have answered the question. Gibson had a good response, he thought he should have taken an incomplete 🙂
