When I heard that the president was accusing doctors of taking tonsils out for profit, I wondered what kind of doctors Obama’s kids had in Chicago. Is this Chicago style health care?

What makes Obama think doctors who remove healthy tonsils for profit will stop doing it when he rations healthcare? Is he admitting that there won’t be any profit for doctors under his plan?
BTW, when I had chronic sore throats a couple years ago my doctor never recommended taking my tonsils out. Amazing! Without government pressure!

And another btw, if the public option is such a great system, why isn’t Congress forcing it on themselves and the president? They’ll still get to select whatever private insurance they want and they won’t have to worry about their employer dumping them into the public option which is what will happen to the rest of us.
I don’t blame Congress for not wanting to give up their healthcare for the crappy public option. We have a good healthcare plan that we pay a lot for and we don’t want to be forced to give it up for the public option either. If Congress won’t, why should I?
