Bernie Madoff sentenced to 150 years

posted by Susan Johnson

That’s sentence the prosecutor was asking for and got. I guess his victims can rest assured that he got such a harsh sentence.

150 years doesn’t bring back any of the money which was lost. It doesn’t force him to disclose the depths of his corruption or identify those who assisted him. Truly a fraud of this magnitude could not have been accomplished without a lot of help.
The sentence is deserving.

I slapped my cheek so hard when I heard this that I hurt myself. I could not fathom it, personally.

YES! Perfect! Just what he deserved. Now they have to convict all those that helped him ruin so many folks.

Well, they did say there were 10 other people who might have been involved. Crack one of them and they might rat on the rest.
