Well, I was able to complete my digest and hand it in on time with only moments to spare. I had to leave school by 3:00 to be able to get my tween to a function she needed to be at. I finished printing it (in my car 🙂 at 2:35 and was on the road by 2:45!
For those of you who do not believe in a loving and powerful God who answers the prayers of his people, then you will not believe me when I tell you that God worked a miracle today because I skipped lunch and all bathroom breaks to finish it. I was able to finish reading Bavinck, Turrentin and Calvin (yes, I was still reading today) and edit the paper down from 15 pages to 10 in 4 hours! I’m still shocked that I was able to do it.

And do it all with a skinned fingers that hurt when I type (didn’t even feel the pain, though I do now) and a headache from a possible broken nose.
I guess you can tell I’ve had a very bad week and haven’t had time to tell you all about it! I tripped on the sidewalk in front of the seminary library when I was rushing to class on Tuesday morning and feel flat on my face and then skidded, I thought I was OK (just some scrapes on my forehead and chin and a scratch on my nose) until I realized that I had incredible pain and nausea when I bend down. Something didn’t feel right so I went to the doctor and she ordered an X-ray which I’m going to try to do tomorrow.
Not good timing! I have so much work to do until the end of the semester. Studying for finals is going to be a week and a half of 20 hour days! I’ll try to put pictures up tomorrow. For my long time readers you may recall the last time I fell at seminary. I seem to have regressed to my clumsy teenage years.
