I am very excited about the upcoming NFL divisional championship games this Sunday.
I’m rooting for the Giants and the Chargers, of course. Would love to see Eli make it to his first Super bowl and I would love it if the Chargers hand the Patriots their first loss.
Which gets me thinking…
Remember back in week 1 when the Patriots were caught cheating against the Jets? Their penalty was losing a first-round draft pick and Belichick himself was fined $500,000. Everyone has completely forgot about it by now but…

…what if they also had to forfeit the game, which I think would have been totally fair and appropriate? Then this act of cheating would have come back to haunt them big time because that one loss would have kept them from going undefeated this season.
They should at least have an asterisk next to that win to denote *cheated*.
