Oh man! Can you imagine the pain this mother must be experiencing over accidentally running over her child? It appears that his backpack or clothing got caught in the door and she dragged him a little before she realized what was going on. How incredibly sad! Join me in praying for her and her family as they deal with this tragedy. BTW, I recently had a scare with one of my daughters who had forgotten to get money from me for lunch and turned back to the car and tapped on the window to try to get my attention while I was driving away. It was a faint sound but I heard it and it freaked me out! I couldn’t believe she would approach the car as I was pulling away. I was so scared that I could have run over her foot or something. Boy did she get yelled at! She won’t do that again! You expect your older kids not to do things like that and when they do you wonder if you should have warned them about not doing something that’s obviously dangerous.
