Thompson is on his way home to VA but didn’t concede or anything. Pretty weird. He did it before they called for McCain.
The only consolation I have is that Huckabee came out of this a big loser and it’s evident that he doesn’t have much of a campaign.He couldn’t carry the evangelicals (he only got 40%) and he tanked with non-evangelicals (he only got 9%). The pundits who said he could broaden his base where woefully wrong. How is he going to prevail in states like CA, NJ or NY?
