Grey’s Anatomy: Seviche or Ceviche either way, delicious! (recipe included)

Did you watch Grey’s Anatomy last night? I did. And I have to say, I really thought the seviche/ceviche comment about the poor, mangled girl was tasteless (HA! pun intended) and just plain dumb. Nevertheless, it did bring Ceviche to mind … a delicious dish that is low in calories, carbs and fat. Something you might want to order the next time you’re dining out! Info and recipe to follow!!!
