Our Lady of Weight Loss and I had a grueling morning. We went shopping! We picked up a heavy shelving unit that need to be assembled, dragged it to the car, loaded it up, drove it downtown to my art studio, and then assembled it. Manual labor, calories burned; quite the morning!
By the time we got back home, we were starving. Well, maybe starving is a bit of an exaggeration, but we sure were hungry. Hungry enough to tip the entire contents of the fridge down the trap (our mouths), but we were saved. Our Lady, the Patron Saint of Permanent Fat Removal, had whipped up a bowl of already Simple Salmon Salad before we left! Goodness gracious, she is something else!!! Thinking ahead like that!
Anyway… the recipe for Simple Salmon Salad can be found in our book (and below)–Our Lady of Weight Loss: Miraculous and Motivational Musings from the Patron Saint of Permanent Fat Removal–along with twenty-something other kick tush recipes!
Here, from the Our Lady of Weight Loss kitchens…
