Either as a side salad or a main dish, this is my kind of sexy summer salad! It’s fast, simple and delish!
16 ounces Fusilli pasta, cooked1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and cut into thin strips.
1 jar (7 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, hold liquid
1 jar (6 ounces) pitted medium size black olives, drained
In a large bowl, gently combine pasta, red peppers, artichoke hearts, and black olives.
Then take the dressing from the artichoke jar and drizzle over the pasta salad, mixing slowly and gently, adding to your taste. Salt n’ pepper to taste.
