Puzzled? Calorie-Free Cupcake Mandala

This week’s Get Jiggy Weight Loss Puzzle, “Cupcake Mandala,” was inspired by the mandala, a Hindu or Buddhist graphic symbol of the universe.

Loosely translated, “mandala,” a Sanskrit word means “circle.”  It represents wholeness.  It is a diagram that reminds us of our relationship to the infinite; to both the material and non-material realities.

The mandala appears in all aspects of life; the earth, the sun, the moon, circle of friends and family.

Today, as you click through “Cupcake Mandala,” consider all the circles in your life.  For extra fun, find the cupcake in the mandala!

And–speaking of fun, do join with us: Kick in the Tush Club/Facebook, where you are sure to laugh it up as you slim down!

Spread the word–NOT the icing!
