… What you really, really want. Not what you think you ‘should’ want or what others want for you, but what you really, really want!
While you are playing this week’s JigSaw Weight Loss Puzzle, “Want Power vs. Will Power,” which is sure to lighten – your mood and otherwise – ponder what you want – and when you have completed the puzzle, then …
Step 1: With pen in hand, jot down on paper a list of the things that you think you want. It’s okay to go overboard here, get creative, think outside the box. Let it flow.
Step 2: Read through and notice which ones elicit excitement, joy, enthusiasm.
Step 3: Cross out the items on your list that don’t do it for you. It’s really difficult to stay motivated when you are not excited about what you are doing!
Step 4: Choose from your remaining list the one thing that you want the most and … go for it!
