How to … Live in Possibility, Be Joyful

A few weeks ago, Darling Husband (DH) and I went to the Rose Center for Earth and Space a.k.a. the planetarium to see, ingest, experience the spectacular space show, Journey to the Stars, beautifully narrated by Whoopi Goldberg.

The show featured extraordinary images, never-before-seen visualizations of physics-based simulations, and most impressively and importantly, we went on a dazzling journey, that took us through space and time to experience the birth, the life and the death of the stars, including our own Sun.  (Oh My!!!)

In a simulated flash, I got “it,” as in “felt it, experienced it,” vs. understood information and filed it away into the crevices of my brain.  My mental map shifted and on a deeper, more personal level, I experienced what I can only describe as myself “evolving.”  I was no longer tethered; I felt free.

Fact:  Life continually evolves.  Therefore, each and every one of us is continually evolving.  As we live, we grow, our belief systems change; we change. There are no absolute formulas for living.

Constant change may feel unsettling; it may disrupt our false sense of stability and security, but it is true – change is constant.  We are continuously moving into new experiences.  With each new experience, a plethora of possibility exists.

Rather than trying desperately to hold on to what is as if it were a solid happening, a solid thing that is not subject to change, why not open yourself to this adventure.  Vow to be present.  Live in a heightened state of awareness.

Go with the flow!  Live in possibility!  Experience joy!
