Dysfunctional Chef: Man’s Healthiest Food !!!

Antioxidant Girl to the Rescue by Janice Taylor, Self-Help/Weight Loss Artist

Want to help your man lower his risk of prostate cancer?  Then, according to the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, you best feed him tomatoes!  Ripe, juicy, red tomatoes!

From the Our Lady of Weight Loss kitchens here follows a Tomato Relish recipe that is a super duper pow complement to grilled seafood, chicken, fruits or veggies!  Quite honestly, it’s so good, I’ve been known to eat the entire batch before it hits the table!

SUCCULENT SIDES: TOMATO RELISH

Ingredients:
1 pound ripe tomatoes, finely chopped (no need to remove the seeds)
2/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon fig balsamic vinegar
3 Serrano chile peppers*, seeded and finely chopped
salt n’ pepper to taste

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium size pool.  Season w. salt n’ pepper.  Cover and chill until chilled, overnight even better!

Enjoy !!!

Spread the word … NOT the icing!
