This morning, while talking to one of my star coaching clients (you’re all stars), Mary (the names have been changed to protect the innocent) asked me, “What’s your number one tip to end nighttime eating.”
Great question, Mary!!!
“Without a doubt,” I said, “After dinner, I brush and floss my teeth. Taste and food particles linger in the mouth and can trigger the desire to eat. So, I eliminate that kind of trigger. Plus this healthy habit also sets my mind to ‘done’ and so I am – done! Done eating and done thinking about food! It’s a fantastic habit to get into!”
